Privacy Policy

Keeping the confidentiality of our clients’ personal information, data, and business processes is of utmost importance. In the course of our service to you, we may request personal information. This is only requested when instrumental in delivering our services.

We adhere to the following principles with respect to protecting our clients’ personal information:

  • Held Accountable: We are responsible for the personal information that we collect and we have designated a Privacy Officer and others to be accountable for compliance with the Privacy Policy.
  • Disclosure of Purpose of Collecting: At the time we collect personal information or before, we will let you know why we are asking. We never share our clients’ needs and preferences with other kinds of businesses – your personal information stays with us and our authorized representatives.
  • Getting Consent: We ask for your consent to obtain personal information where it’s not obviously given. Consent can be written, in a form, implied, or given verbally. You can always withdraw consent, for example, if you don’t want to hear about our new services or receive newsletters and other related news, we will follow your requests.
  • Limiting the Collection of Personal Data: We will only ask for information that is necessary for delivery service.
  • Limiting the Use, Disclosure, and Retention of Personal Data: We will limit the use, disclosure and retention to what is reasonable and to what matches the purpose for which it was collected, except as may be required by law. All our team members sign a non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement and it extends to our clients. We also have a template for Non-Disclosure agreements available to enhance or replace our existing agreements to meet our Clients’ needs if our existing Employer-Employee agreement doesn't meet your requirements.
  • Ensuring Accuracy: Every reasonable effort is made to ensure personal information is accurate.
  • Safeguards in Place: Blaze IT Solutions has safeguards in place to protect your personal information against loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. For example, we have security features to protect where our data is located and ensure that only authorized persons can access to this data.
  • Allowing Individual Access: If you want to know what personal information, if any, we have about you, you can ask our Privacy Officer and we will inform you, and give you access. If anything has changed, you can have it amended.
  • Ensuring Our Compliance: We have procedures in place that our Privacy Officer will follow for hearing, responding, looking into, and resolving any concerns.
